This is the General Terms & Conditions of Tiburón. If there are still any questions, please contact us.

For everyone who likes simple and clear, we have written down our general terms & conditions in clear language. So, we can also understand it.

DEFINITIONS

Article 1.

We have tried to keep these conditions as simple and clear as possible. It is therefore not necessary to give you a lot of definitions with explanations. Of course, if there are any questions, please contact us. We would love to talk!

APPLICABILITY

Article 3.

  1. We do our best to bring these general conditions to your attention. It says what we do for you and what we expect from you. If you buy or have bought something with us, of course. Otherwise, it is not so appropriate.
  2. We are not that difficult.

THE OFFER

Article 4.

We always tell you honestly what, when and how you can buy something, what it costs and whether you can exchange it. Promised. Is there a mistake on our product page? Then you can keep us there. Except when the mistake is clearly a blunder and you could have known this beforehand of course.

 

THE AGREEMENT

Article 5.

  1. You do business with us online in a secure web environment. Our seventy IT developers work hard every day.
  2. If you place an order with us, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
  3. We add all the information and data you need with your order, but you will find most of it on our site. It is, of course, useful if you keep the (digital) voucher well.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 6.

  1. Have you tested the product once and are you not happy with it? Then you can return it within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a new product or you will receive your payment within 3 days. If the products are not paid yet, the payment will be canceled.

OBLIGATIONS DURING THE REFLECTION TIME

Article 7.

During the reflection period, you may unpack or use the product as you would in the store. If you use the product in such a way that it is no longer in ‘store’ state, it may be that you will receive less money for the product or be not able to return it.

SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 8.

These are for your own account. Of course, it is handy to bring them back during a training.

OBLIGATIONS OF M.S.Z.V. TIBURÓN ON YOUR WITHDRAWAL

Article 9.

As soon as you indicate that you want to send something back within 14 days, we will do this:

  • We will send a confirmation after receipt of your request, and;
  • We will send you a new product or you will receive your payment within 3 days. If the products are not paid yet, the payment will be canceled.

THE PRICE

Article 10.

  1. See article 4.
  2. All prices are including VAT.
  3. You can always pick it up at the pool for free (during a training).

CONFORMITY AND GUARANTEE

Article 11.

  1. See article 4.
  2. You are entitled to a good product. Is there something wrong with it, then we solve it for you. We always follow the law.

DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

Article 12.

  1. We do our best to serve you well. We are a bit obsessive about this.
  2. You can pick up your order for free during a training.
  3. If we do not have to product anymore, we will give you an indication of how long it will take to deliver you this product. Of course, it is possible to cancel the order if it takes too long in your mind.
  4. If a product is damaged or lost before it arrives at you or a recipient designated by you, that is our responsibility.

PAYMENT

Article 13.

This will go through the direct debit. Unless you have chosen for the options to transfer it by yourself during the application process.

COMPLAINTS

Article 14.

  1. Do you have a complaint? Annoying.
  2. We do everything we can to remedy your complaint. Of course, we have a nice procedure for that …
  3. If you have a complaint, let us know quickly. Describe your problem as clearly as possible, then we can help you.
  4. You will receive an answer from us no later than within 2 days. We help you immediately, whether you hear how much time we need to set it right.

ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT PROVISIONS

Article 15.

These were our general terms & conditions. Clear right? If we change the conditions in the future, you will find this on our website. We make sure that changes are not detrimental to you.
