Hello my dear little Shark!
As you know Corona has not yet decided to let us live a normal life… So to get over that very sad fact and to replace our after practice drinks, we will now have some cooking workshops (whoop whoop)! The recipe is for 4 people so you will even have left overs for those days you feel more like laying in your bed then stand in your kitchen!
The workshop will take place on Friday the 6th at 18h (a zoom link will be sent on the groupchat for all of you foodies).
Here is what you need to have in your kitchen so that you are able to follow the recipe:
- (Olive) oil
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 oinions
- Curry powder
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- Chilli flakes
- 50g fresh root ginger
- 600g tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or any other kind of bean you enjoy)
- 750g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes
- Spinach
- Coconut milk
- Peanut butter
- Tomato paste
- Rice
- Optional: You can even have an extra pepper to add some spice into your life
